Intro to Pole:
An introductory class that shows our brand new students the
beauty and benefits of pole dancing. Each class will demonstrate a few basic moves
from each pole level and share a demo dance of this sensual and unique type of
dance. Students are encouraged to perform a prepared routine and ask any
questions they have about the poling classes being offered.
Pole Level Series:
Each level consists of a 4-week period of weekly 1 hour
classes. During each class, the student will perform a warm-up through stretching,
yoga & pilates movements. Pole work for the class will be consisting of learning
2-3 pole moves each class and building on these moves throughout the series.
All students are allowed to move at their own pace in order to build
confidence.
